• No pets are allowed in the breakfast room unless they are service animals
• All pets must be on a leash in common and public areas
• A 24-hour contact number is required to be left at the front desk
• Any pet creating a disturbance will be asked to leave the property, and owner will be charged for the room
• The pet owner is responsible for any pet-related injuries to staff or clientele
• Pets are allowed in the southeast corner of the Oak St. parking lot, not private garden areas
